About the role
Federal Express Corporation is hiring a Full Stack Developer I for its Hyderabad, India location. This is a full-time position that does not offer remote work.
The Full Stack Developer I partners with advisors to shape solution designs, builds scalable and high-performing code, safeguards code quality and security, leads code reviews, manages priorities, enables cross-team communication, owns demo content, mentors junior developers, and supports leadership and vendor teams.
What you’ll do
- Work with Full Stack Developer Advisors to split epics into capability and business features, define solution designs, refine them with domain and other solution architects, and help application architects with program-level decomposition and robust architectures.
- Build and deliver microservices, code that scales, stays resilient, and performs well.
- Protect the quality, performance, and security of code and developed solutions.
- Lead code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and enforce best development practices.
- Triage competing priorities and deliver effective status updates, including issue escalations, to the executive leadership team.
What you’ll bring
- A degree at the bachelor’s level—or its equivalent—in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, MIS, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English
