Amazon is hiring a Manager I, MLD Ops, GO-AI for virtual locations in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The role leads a team supporting Amazon’s Global Operations – AI work, where human-in-the-loop operations help scale machine-learning programs.
What you’ll do
You’ll manage a team of about 20–25 employees, set performance goals, monitor service-level and quality metrics, and coordinate staffing and workflows. The role also includes coaching team members, preparing reports and procedures, analyzing operational data, and working with partner teams on process improvements.
What Amazon is looking for
- A bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of education or related-field experience.
- Strong analytical ability and confidence using data.
- Experience prioritizing work, coordinating team schedules and meeting deadlines.
