Deloitte is hiring a Senior Consultant in Generative AI in Bengaluru. The role focuses on developing and deploying NLP, large language model, retrieval-augmented generation and agentic AI solutions for electrification, energy and industrial applications.
What you’ll do
You’ll work with data scientists, software engineers, cloud architects and business stakeholders to build secure, production-ready AI applications. The work includes designing RAG pipelines, building agentic workflows, fine-tuning foundation models and evaluating AI systems.
What Deloitte is looking for
- At least 5 years of AI/ML solution development experience and 2+ years in NLP.
- Hands-on experience developing generative AI and LLM-powered applications; the listing gives differing thresholds of 1–2 years and 2+ years for this experience.
- Strong Python skills and knowledge of LLMs, transformers, embeddings, vector databases and semantic search.
- Experience with RAG, agentic AI, model fine-tuning and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers or LlamaIndex.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related technical discipline is preferred.
